智慧精準運動健康產學研發中心(AIPEX中心)，關注的個體為中高齡亞健康者、或術後病後出院患者、或失能失智前期高齡者，研發合乎人性、容易被接受、安全有效的運動介入服務方案與營運模式。智慧精準運動就是針對這群個體所設計的服務方案：(1)智慧：指的是因應個體特質與反應，即時提供運動強度與姿勢調整指導指令。(2)精準：指的是個體的身體活動，都在量化、精確的監測控制下，給予個體安全、有效的運動刺激。系列完整的服務方案包括：科技化的功能評估、心腦血管活化律動、精準的垂直律動運動、正確安全的步行與健走、精準等速肌力訓練、持續的生理量測與健康管理與睡眠調理，將成立術後健身度假研究室針對術後或病後個案，規劃整合式健身度假方案。

Innovation Center for Artificial Intelligence in Precision Exercise and Health Promotion (AIPEX)

AIPEX focuses on developing popular, easily accepted, safe, and effective exercise intervention programs and business models for sub-clinical and low fitness individuals, such as non-fit middle age and elderly, post-operation and post-acute illness subjects, the mild cognitively impaired, and frail elderly. Artificial intelligence for exercise instruction based on individual characteristics and responses will be established and precision guidance of exercise intensity and movement will be provided via information collected from wearable devices for accurate, safe and effective intervention.  A complete service program includes scientific functional evaluation, horizontal periodic vibration for a healthy brain and heart, whole body vibration for health promotion, instruction for safe and effective walking and fast walking, isokinetic strength  and conditioning, monitoring of physiological parameters for health administration, and sleep problem improvement. A comprehensive post-operation program which integrates all services will be developed to encourage lifestyle reforms.
